I was just thinking that I haven't opened a can of worms lately...

What do you all think of using Sea Foam in your Jeeps? Good? Bad? Only on High mileage? Only on I6/V8? Aaaannnnddd GO!

I know this kind of stuff is controversial but, I figured for $10-12 it was worth a shot. I did the triple play. 1/3 in the fuel tank, 1/3 in the crank case, and 1/3 in the intake. Before doing this I had a pretty good knock in the mornings on first start up and since has gone away. It could be the warmer weather but, either way I think it helped.

For the trans tune do you dump it in and leave it or use it before a fluid change?

i have used the trans slip by sea foam, you use half now, flush and refill, and use the second half then, you only have to drive a few miles for the flush, remember to cycle through all the gears as you are driving, as this will force the spool to shuttle back and forth, you will have a perfect shifting trans in ten miles dude, i second dave, it flat works!
i have also had good luck with compressor de varisher fluid, but i dont recomend that to anyone, i would recomend the sea foam....
