Does anyone have experience with Fuzion tires? I am looking at the Fuzion XTi to replace the crappy goodyears on my wifes Commander.
They are an all-terrain tire and have cool flames on one side...
and tribal bands on the other

I voted for 'em because they sound cool, but I have no experience with them, so take it with a grain of salt. Who has them for sale and is there someplace that has reviewed/tested them? Realistically, if they have decent treadwear ratings and the price is right, couldn't hurt.

I have sold several sets of them through work. They are actually owned and manufactored by Firestone, very similar tire to the Firestone Destination A/T. I think you will be happy with them. They have the same Uni-T technology as all Firestones do.
Fuzion Tribal flame.

The wife's tahoe rides on them, fantastic tires. I bought them through the tire rack and saved myself about $200 bucks over any of the other jokers around. Good riding tire, very pleased. We're rockin the tribal side out.

I have no input on the quality of the tires. Keep us posted on what you end up getting. I have the fraternal twin brother to your Comander...if only DCX at the time was giving the incentives on the Comander instead of the WK's
my Goodies are shot after 40k too...I was leaning towards the Yokhahama Geolanders based solely on reviews and test data from tirerack...But I want to know what you end up getting and why you chose them....

Thanks for the input guys. It might be a couple weeks before we get them but, I will let you know what we end up with. You'd think you could get more than 40k out of a new set of tires. IMO Goodyears should not be OE on Jeeps! I have not had a set that I've been happy with yet.

I agree the factory SRA or Fortera tire is not the greatest

Yeah, I guess that's what I was referring to. I have heard some good things about the MTR's but, that's about it.

Ok, I am back on this subject... Are you still happy with the Fuzions? I'm sure you've put a few more miles on them since Feb. I plan on going with the 245/70-17 unless I hear I shouldn't before then.

Yeah, they are great. I can't say how many miles we've put on them, but I don't see any treadwear really. Nice tires.

I have seen these do well. Have a friend here that has them on a Durnago, great in the snow and are wearing well.

Well I thought I should comment on these since I did say I'd keep you updated. After a little over two years they have been wearing decent but, they have gotten louder than I would've liked. I usually don't mind a loud tire but, that's on a lifted Jeep and an MT! These could have been a little quieter. At this point I don't know if I'd replace them with the same tire.

I came back to this forum to double check when we put these tires on. We are in need of new tires again because the Fuzion's are shot. I did some figuring and however I don't know for certain the exact mileage but we put at least 85,000 miles on these tires. I was very impressed to say the least.
