so i bought some gussets for my wrangler it has a dana 30 and thats all fine but my problem is i dont have a welder and they need to be welded on. So if any of you have a welder and can help i would be greatly appreciative in fact i would offer payment of a case of beer or a couple drinks of your choice. Since im only using alittle time and your welder i think that is fair. If you could help let me know along with what kind of drinks you would like for the help. :partyman: :drinkers:

Clint, they are "C" brackets that weld around the face of the knuckle. Looking @ the knuckle from the front, they weld on the flat face. Sometimes you have to notch the "C" bracket around the spring bucket but I think that`s only on TJ`s. My biggest concern is the heat getting to the ball joints!

mike, i know what they are silly, i just wanted to see which ones, as some are a little differant, and the ones he's got will turn all the grease in the ball joint to straight carbon, if welded on correctly...... hmmm

Same as what is pictured in the EVO pic. Look close and you`ll see the lower control arm skid. The C brackets are the same.
