4th Annual Two Trackers Wheelin for a Cure 9/24/16

Post by Zuk »

MJC has been the Club Challenge winners for the past 2 years running. At the first event we were the club with the most members, which brought about the Club Challenge idea. It`s a great cause and a great time! Scott Chenard is opening his yard to primitive camping if you would like. Please get in touch with him for details. Many are going up the day of and details will follow.

4th Annual Wheelin' for a Cure

for Special Day's Camp

September 24th, 2016

Two Trackers Four Wheel Drive Club will be hosting the 4th Annual “Wheelin’ for a Cure event”. This event will help to send children with cancer and their siblings to Special Day’s Camp. The camp provides a safe and memorable camping opportunity for these children who are dealing with so much. Special Days offers activities of a “normal” camp, adapted to meet the special needs of their campers. The activities are designed to promote self-esteem, confidence, friendships, teamwork, and leadership skills. This camp helps children develop life skills to meet the challenges of treatment, school, work, and family. It gives the children a chance to “just be kids” for a week. The siblings go to camp for a week and the children dealing with the disease go for a week. Special Days Camp can make a remarkable difference in their lives.
