Michiana Jeep Club - bylaws

Article 1. This organization shall be known as Michiana Jeep® Club.
This organization is a advertising extension of Lochmandy Motors.

Article 2. Purpose:
Michiana Jeep Club is for the purpose of mutual enjoyment of owning and using Jeep vehicles.
Providing social, recreation and educational activities for its members.
Participating in and supporting civic activities for the betterment of the community.

Article 3. Membership:
Members must own a Jeep® brand vehicle.
Members must be 18 years of age.
Membership and participation shall be completely voluntary.
All members must conduct themselves in a respectable and orderly fashion during all club activities.
All members must sign & fill out an official Michiana Jeep® Club application form.

Article 4. Dues:
Each membership includes spouse and immediate family members under 18 years of age.
Membership dues are $30 per year.
Renewals are based on your Anniversary Date.
New Members recieve a free club shirt and sticker
Renewing members recieve a free club shirt or $15 towards logo items

Articles 5. Meetings:
Meetings will be held 2nd Monday of each month at 7pm.
Meetings will be held at Lochmandy Motors Service Center.
Locations and dates may be subject to change. Any changes will be posted on website.

Article 6. Responsible Membership:
Members must practice responsible four wheeling.
Members must not consume alcohol prior to or during any Michiana Jeep® Club activity, which involves driving either on or off highway.
Members must practice driving principles which pose the least possible effect on the environment.
Unruly or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will be grounds for expulsion.
Firearms are not to be brandished or discharged during club events and must follow state and federal laws at all times.
All members and guest participating in an event shall abide by the Motor Vehicle Code of the state concerned and by the laws and regulations of the city, county, or circumstances involved.
All members participating in Parades shall follow rules issued by the parade comittee. While representing MJC as a group, participants may display the American flag and/or our Michiana Jeep Club flag. The American flag to be displayed in accordance to federal law and sized equal to or larger than any other flag flown. Military flags such as POW, Veterans, USMC or MIA flags are allowed as well as Jeep related flags.

Article 7. Each member is to read and sign Waiver of Liability to participate in Club sponsored events.

Is this complete (ratified) or a work in progress? I'm no lawyer but have worked with them on bylaws for other clubs and it seems if your going to publish these as bylaws they should be complete.
Seems to me a few things are missing.
