New Club Membership and Renewals

There are a couple of choices here for new members or to renew.
New Members:
Club Membership is $30 annual renewels are 1 year after anniversary date of signup
You will get a free club t-shit and 1 sticker with new signups.
Renewing members:
with a $30 renewel cost
you will get 1 free t-shirt or $10 credit towards any logo item
1st Choice: Bring a check or cash to our meeting payable to "Michiana Jeep Club"
Meetings are the second Monday of every month at 7pm..so you can get a logo shirt
3) Goto Lochmandy Motors Service counter, fill out form and Make a payment with check or CC.
4) Fill out form and Mail check payable to "Michiana Jeep Club" to:

Renewals:
1st Choice: Bring a check or cash to our meeting payable to "Michiana Jeep Club"
Meetings are the second Monday of every month at 7pm..so you can get a logo shirt
2) Visa or Mastercard - call (574) 264-1174 ask for Linda (accts Recievable and indicate you want to renew your membership. She will ask for your name and card information.
3) Make a payment directly at the Lochmandy Service center.
4) Mail check payable to "Michiana Jeep Club" to:
