Winch class

With more and more jeepers getting winches on their Jeeps I think it would be a grand idea to have a winch class. And I think we need to have it before we go to the Badlands. The reason I mention this is because I have see and heard of too many people getting hurt with these thing. Also I know a few people in this club that have been trained in recovery that could do this(Roland). Even the non winch equipped Jeepers could join in so that they have an idea for when they are being winched out.

Great Idea I'm in for that altho I never have to be winched out of a hole (If bill, chet or BJ say anything they are lying).
Maybe some one can make this a poll question so we can find out how much interest is out there.

Gunguy and myself have both said this before we are willing to teach it I think we could get Jack King to lend a hand also

Sure why not. What if we did this at the spring fling car show. Might be a cool demo to do at the show .

Works for me we'll bring it up @ Mondays meeting & get a headcount, see if we can get a couple more SB members to cover number as Jack is no longer a Sodbuster

If we do this on a Sunday I wouldn't be available untill after 1:00 PM but anytime after that would work
