Dude thats sick. Any plans for a grill hoop or stinger on it. When I get ready for bumpers I'm gonna keep this in mind. I still love the tube style bumpers you did on your Grand. Schwing.
God grant me the serenity to accept the impossible trails I cannot crawl, courage to crawl the twisted trails I can and the wisdom to keep the tire side down.

I don't really see me having time to do any for a couple months. I've got a buggy coming in for some work next, and a JK Rubicon soon as well.
But I winged it on this one, so I want to measure it up and get it in CAD. That way I could look into maybe getting some cut out since I think it turned out really good and could maybe do them quicker.
As far as price goes, I think it would be around $350-400 powdercoated with the unshown d ring mounts as a rough guess. For a simple stinger it would add maybe $40 more. I'd need to have some demand to make it a priority.

I haven't put in the two web's that'll tie the winch plate into the front plate and lower skidplates yet. This Jeep is getting some unibody enhancements so I'm not running the plate back as far and putting in 4-1/2" grade 8 bolts on each side. The drivers side ties into the front two steering box bolts. If I were to sell them they would run back further and tie into the unibody more.

My buddy works thirds so we only work on it on the weekends. Be off to s&b by the end of the week. Some 1/2 gussets to tie the d ring mounts into the front bumper. And one more hoop to put on the sliders and cap the ends, and trim up the mounting plates. I'll put a one inch weld on the bottom center of each mount that you can grind off. Just not enough room to put a bolt and keep them tight.

Took it out for its maiden voyage weekend before last. No pics of the rear bumper, which I think looks friggin' nice. He picked some expensive powder, and also added a clearcoat. The S&P cost as much as the steel to build everything.
I've got at least 6 requests for a DIY kit for the front bumper with minimal effort. When I find time I'm going to design this up and sell kits.

No desire to do a kit for sliders, too much custom mods required for this style and it would require a sophisticated jig to build them without the vehicle.
I'm hoping I can find time in the next few months to draw it up and put together a DIY kit that I can ship easily. But being a Design Engineer I prefer to do link suspensions and full vehicle builds since I like a challenge.
