PO194 code?????

All model engines and drivetrain related items including transfer cases, lockers, air intake, Anything electrical..lights, stereos, speakers, wiring, except winches and electric lockers.

Anybody know what this OBDII code is? My wifes 98 Cherokee 4.0 is tripping this code. We just went through the whole O2 Sensor replacement and now this code. My book doesnt show it.
