Cherokee door hinge pin

Cherokee door hinge pin
Never changed a hing pin before. Any tips or advice would be helpful. Would it be easier to take the whole upper hinge out or no??

no, leave it on....... ok not sure, but when i did them on my old chevy truck it was way easier to leave them on than the one i took off!
