JK bumper

So when i bought my jeep as mosy of you did i already envisioned what i wanted to do to make it mine and now i have 3 things left to do. first im making a rear bumper. second is a spare tire carrier in the tub. Third is full custom cage. Well i have started and have gotten about half way to the new rear bumper and have hit a minor snag i need a person who can help me cut the few things i need on the 1/4 in piece of steel that is going to be the base of the bumper.
